1977 Toyota Chinook X 1985 TOYOTA PICKUP X 3RZ
We are building this 4x4 adventure rig for some customers. One of a kind Toyota! Kept the Old School look on a update chasis with a modern engine. They are now planning to take it to Patagonia and drive all around South America.

Engine:
3RZ Engine swap.
Frame:
1985 Toyota Pickup Frame Striped and painted. Axles upgraded to Full Float Diamond Axle by Offroad Solutions. Upgraded steering components.
Cab:
Rust removal of cab floor and underbody, primed and painted, custom crawl thru cab and bracing, sound deadening mat under the hood, floor, and firewall. Carpet kit, door seals, refinished dash and new dash pad, Upgraded bluetooth radio with custom speaker panels. Retrofit new seats to fit with custom bracket. Shifter knobs by Rodak Garage. 2000's Toyota center console retro-fitted with E-Brake and Vinyl to match. Custom made shift covers, door pockets and behind the seat pockets. Upgraded headlights to LED and new front marker lights. Rear view mirror with backup cam and forward video camera for insurance with bluetooth. Altered vintage AC unit to work with modern engine and system.
Camper:
Complete interior, insulation, flooring, wood walls, new Lexan front windows and re-seal all windows, bed and cabinetry while utilizing original counter top, RV lighting and wiring. Roof completely rebuilt with an aluminum substructure to support the lift mechanism and solar panels. Custom Australian pop-top hardware for roof to extend 4" more than original springs to support weight of solar. Custom pop-top vinyl for height extension (fire resistant vinyl) with extra zipper screens for air flow. Re-seal cab to camper along with vinyl customization. Full set of custom cushions, and curtains. Titan Straps for roof tie downs. Rebuilt backdoor with CNC Steel to prevent break-ins. Upgraded water tank storage and water tank shield and plumbing.
